Overview

The existing showroom of Al Attiya Motors, the official Kia distributor in Qatar, did not meet the latest SI 2.0 standards in terms of display and customer engagement areas. we led a complete renovation project to reflect the brand’s updated global guidelines while creating a customer journey and functional layout optimized for the Qatari market.

▪ Highlight Zone Configuration

• Designed a Highlight Car Exhibition Zone to maximize visual impact

• Optimized ceiling structure and lighting to ensure key vehicles receive spotlight attention

▪ Customer Consultation Space

• Separated Open Consulting Zone from Private Consulting Rooms

• Offered customized consultation environments based on customer needs

▪ Service & Parts Reception

• Created separate flows for Service Reception and Spare Parts Zone

• Designed for fast, efficient, and function-specific customer service
